Wensley’s experienced team have the capability and capacity to deliver a 24/7/365 reactive maintenance solution to suit your industry. Issues can be reported 24 hours a day to our dedicated Helpdesk Team, we aim to have our Response Team of qualified tradesmen on site to deal with any problem as quickly as possible, offering you a quick and reliable service. Wensley’s Response Teams are driven by our highly motivated and experienced Management Team, with over 40 years’ experience across an array of sectors. Our Response Teams are provided by directly employed, qualified tradesmen, providing flexible and versatile on-site solutions for all your maintenance challenges. As part of Wensley’s on-site evaluation, our Response Teams aim to provide rectification whenever possible. When rectification isn’t immediately possible, the area will be made safe and a suitable rectification plan will be analysed, and a timely solution agreed. Keeping your business open and the environment safe and secure.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

Wensley offers versatile and flexible PPM solutions, our service focuses on offering solutions that aim to simplify maintenance, whilst delivering cost effective and practical performance.

Wensley’s Maintenance Team work with you to arrange a planned maintenance schedule to suit your needs. All visits are scheduled to fit around your business, avoiding any disruption of the day-to-day running of your business. Our Maintenance Teams are provided by directly employed, highly qualified, experienced tradesmen. Our experience, training and knowledge means Wensley can provide versatile on-site management for all your maintenance requirements.

Wensley’s knowledge of your industry allows planned maintenance to be carried out at the same time as a reactive callout, or a reactive call to be deferred until planned maintenance commences. Bringing together planned and reactive maintenance offers flexibility where and when its most needed.
